WARRANTY POLICIES
The following applies ONLY to purchases made directly from the HYPERION-WORLD.COM website.  All other claims must be submitted to the seller of the product, or their in-country distributor.

Initial return shipping for warranty service is at the cost of the claimant. Please note any product warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship, only. Physical damage, water damage, and usage outside specifications or intended environments are NOT covered.

Prior to Return of any product, Hyperion must be contacted via email at  in order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  Items received without an RMA can only be returned to the sender at sender's expense.


Hyperion Brand Product Warranty Terms:
For all HYPERION BRAND goods except Battery Products, 12 months from date of final sale to end user, for defects in materials or workmanship only.

Hyperion terms are to cover any battery which shows greater than 0.06V imbalance within 6 weeks after end user purchase date only.  We STRONGLY encourage you to test cell balance of all packs before use, and after first charge.  Hyperion also tests all packs before shipment to you. Do note that Hyperion-brand battery packs have the lowest warranty claim rates in the industry and highest customer satisfaction report frequency.  Be careful to adhere to all instructions regarding charging, storage, and discharge limits for best battery performance. lifespan, and reliability.

NON-Hyperion Brand Product Warranty Terms:
Warranty for items not produced under the Hyperion brand is the responsibility of the manufacturer, according to their standard terms and guarantees, if any.  You may contact Hyperion for assistance in these cases at
