We are delighted to announce two new series of lipo packs and an update to a very successful series; The blue Hyperion VX packs in sizes from 2500mAh and up are now manufactured with a brand new cell chemistry. This new chemistry allows a for a higher, safe, continous C-rating which means that VX packs are now rated at 25C continous and 40C max. recommended discharge. There is an ever so slight weight increase but no increase in price. To the opposite, we are able to offer lower retail prices on Hyperion VX lipos in Europe.
In addition, Hyperion is introducing the VZ – Voltage Zenith. Comprised from brand new cells, the VZ series is rated at 30C continous and 50C max. recommended discharge. The Hyperion VZ cells are perfect for extreme applications such as pylon racers, electric ducted fan, F5B hotliners and extreme 3D setups. We look forward to release these packs for sale in June 2007.
Lastly, Hyperion is creating the CX series – “Capacity Xtreme” – as a natural extentions of our exsting red packs that for a few years now has stood for a great balance between weigt, capacity, delivery of power and price.
